Vendor's View - We were first attracted to the property thanks to its authentic Tudor style and the large front garden. The impressive entrance hall/dining room is probably our favourite space with some spectacular features such as its wood panelling, large winding oak staircase and original leaded light windows.

The local community is compact with many local shops and restaurants. There is a large Sainsburys and also an industrial estate with many businesses from plumbing supplies to car repair; and a doctors and the station are all within a stones throw of the property. The convenient train station makes the commute into London fast. Nearby there are two petrol stations, a barber, chemist and local primary school.

Within the surrounding area of Chestfield are a cricket club, golf club, rugby club and also has a childrens play area on the village green. I particularly like the ease to access to Tankerton which is a short 10 minute walk to the sea.

My fondest memory at the house was having family to visit for Christmas, as the house provided plenty of room for all generations.
