Leasehold: 
All of the properties for sale at Elmbridge Village will be sold on a long lease basis, granted for a term of 125 years. The Service Charge is reviewed annually. Sub letting is not permitted under the terms of the standard lease.

Ground Rent: 
Is paid annually, the cost is £300 a year, doubling every 20 years. Garage rents are paid at the same time and the annual cost is £25.

Assignment Fee: 
An Assignment Fee is payable at the rate of 10% of the sale price, if you sell your property at any time after the end of your second year of ownership.
