?Having never viewed the property, I purchased it on the recommendation of a friend and this proved to be an excellent decision. The house blends age-old character with modern practicality, is surprisingly spacious and possesses a range of features that make it different from the rest. In the two years I've owned the property I've spent money on upgrading the heating system and improving the en suite bathroom. Sadly, I've never fully taken advantage of the large garden. The property's central location is convenient and makes getting into town easy. Unfortunately, since I'm leaving the area, I'm bidding farewell to this great house'.
