Moving straight in and being able to start enjoying your life is a luxury not everyone gets but this lovely home will certainly provide any buyer of a chance of this.

The house has a wonderful feel throughout and this is more evident in the lounge area which has a warm and welcoming feel and you know that you are in the heart of the home. The dining area is a lovely space for those Sunday roasts or for more formal occasions when your friends come over for a meal. Your dining table could double up as a perfect place for the children to do their homework so there really will be no excuse.

The garden is fairly low maintenance so you haven't got to spend your weekends out there cutting the grass and more importantly it will leave you with more time to sit back and relax and enjoy the sun.

This lovely home would make an ideal first time buy or for anyone wanting to get onto the property ladder. Alternatively Dover has a high demand for rental, so if you are looking for a buy to let this could be the perfect investment for you. The home is nearby to a number of local primary & secondary schools so you can enjoy an easy school run from here.

What the Owner says:

We have been here for over 10 years and have really enjoyed it. We have done lots of work to the property over the years and we think it is now time to move on and let somebody else enjoy the home as much as we have.

It is only down to our work that we are moving and we do not need all the space that the home offers us and we feel a family would benefit from the home more than we currently are. It is such a quiet road that it will be difficult to find a similar area when we move as we are not used to traffic passing our house.
