The exterior is pale red brick with attractive iron work on the balconies, and the gardens on the approach are well tended to. There is secure intercom access past the site manager’s office, there is wheelchair access throughout and lifts to take you to the upper floors. There are often events held in the communal lounge including fish and chip evenings, and daily coffee mornings; as well as being a place for general socialising between the residents and staff.
This flat is on the first floor and has spacious rooms, with 24 alarm cords fitted in each. The living room neutrally decorated with cream walls and dusky coral carpets, plus French doors open to overlook the trees and their wildlife in the gardens below.
