Have you ever imagined living in a modern development just a short stroll away from excellent transport links? If so then look no further as this superb two-bedroom ground floor flat is perfect for professionals, families and those looking for a quieter slow pace of life.

Being on the ground floor offers heaps of benefits such as no longer having to drag the shopping up several flights of stairs. Spacious and modern throughout there is ample room to entertain, work from home and just live in general. The lounge is a beautiful modern room that gets flooded with light on a sunny day. The current sellers have it set up as a lounge/dining area meaning your friends can come for dinner and fit comfortably. The kitchen is situated off the lounge and is just the right size not to small nor too big! It has enough room for all the essentials and of course all the house warming treats you're bound to get when you move in.

If the house warming party goes on longer than you planned and your guests need a place to stay there are two great sized bedrooms. They too are light, airy and bright making this flat a happy place to live. After a hard day’s work there is no better thing to do that have a long soak in the bath, the bathroom here is delightful.

Parking on the development is plentiful however if you happen to use public transport then your journey to and from work living here will be easy. Hackbridge and Mitcham train station are just a short stroll away as well as the tram stop too.

What the Owner says:

A few years ago we were looking through the local newspaper and we accidentally stumbled across this flat! The only reason we were looking to move was for better transport links as where we lived in Shirley is was picturesque and quiet. We didn't in our wildest dreams feel that we would find somewhere just as quiet and pretty with great access to trains and trams. Low and behold we did!
The flat has been a fantastic first time buy, but now we have two children it is time to upgrade for that all important third bedroom.
Our favourite thing about living here is just how quiet and family friendly it is, oh and of course that we can get to work in no time at all.
