Please do not judge a book by it's cover. Even quite attractive covers sometimes surprise you with the content - this is one of those. From the outside you'd think it was nothing out of the norm - an ordinary house in a nice residential area however, once you step inside you will be blown away!Having been skilfully and lovingly refurbished this property is modern and practical with a certain 'wow factor'. One of the main features of the ground floor has to be the open plan kitchen/dining room, which if you like entertaining you'll be very keen to show off, with its granite work tops, solid oak floor and bright, friendly feel. The bedrooms are all good sizes and provide storage but one of those unique features to this property is the ground floor. There is not only the normal entrance hall but an additional entrance running the length of the property. It leads to an extended utility room and a very clever, we think unique, occasional wet room. This property is lovely, there is no work to be done and we are sure the new owners will fall in love with it and want to keep it as it is. The garden is a good size and there is room for off road parking or a garage if you want!
What the Owner says:
We moved into this house, as a couple, in 2001 knowing that it needed a complete make over from the previous owner, who, we believe, had it from new. In the years that followed we completely renovated each and every room, as well as adding a cloakroom, downstairs bathroom/wet room and utility room, in, what was, the walk way to the garden. We have now had 15 happy years at the property, which includes becoming a family.
The cul-de-sac is very quiet and we consider ourselves to be extremely lucky as the neighbours on both sides are lovely and considerate.
