Vendor's Comments: We have thoroughly enjoyed living in this house. It is close to Gloucester Road with all the cafes, bars, and lovely local shops. There are so many local parks are only a short walk away, which were perfect for our young daughter. The neighbourhood has been great with so many nice people and friendships have been made with neighbouring properties. The house has the added bonus of the downstairs WC, as well as a great full size family bathroom. Rear access to the garden, which is perfect for bikes. The family room downstairs is where we spend a lot of time, as we can all play together or sit and relax. We have also used it as a guest bedroom when we have had family or friends to visit, which leaves the lounge space free for relaxing. We will be sad to leave the house, if we could take it with us, we would! But we know the next owners will enjoy it as much as we have.
