Directions

From Ipswich proceed north along the B1077 bypassing the villages of Witnesham, Ashbocking and Helmingham. Continue past Helmingham primary school into Framsden and on the second sharp bend take a right turn which leads into the village though The Street passing the village pub and the church on the right hand side and then take the second right hand turn at the top of the hill onto Bird's Lane. Continue along this lane for about a mile and turn right just after a bungalow and Moat Farm Barn will be seen at the end of the drive.
