We have lived here for 14 very happy years and the only reason we are looking to move is our forever home has just come onto the market. The house looks nothing like it did when we bought it and in the time that we have been here we have re-fitted the kitchen and bathroom and installed an en-suite bathroom, which can be accessed from both bedrooms. When the plumbing was done, we made sure that all the stop cocks and pipework had access points, so routine maintenance could easily be carried out. We also built an extension on the back of the house which gave us our dining room and we had an artist studio built in the garden, which can be used all year round as it is insulated and has power and light.
