A picturesque village setting in beautiful Sussex countryside with a view across the village green to wake up to every morning. It is as good as it sounds and only gets better. This pretty cottage is a delight, a log burner for a cold winters day, country walks on your doorstep and village pub nearby. Sit in the easy to maintain garden at the weekend and invite friends over, enough space to enjoy but not needing hours of maintenance if you have a busy lifestyle.

The kitchen is within keeping with the style of the cottage a lovely place to bake or try out a new recipe, the lounge/dining has adequate space for a good sized table for the family to eat together and discuss the days events and 3 generous bedrooms for the children or family to come and stay. Up at the top of the house you have your own little haven away from the noise of the house or could be just right for your guests.

Nearby you have the popular village of Billingshurst, you can jump on the train to London or buy all of your daily essentials alternatively you have the village shop especially if you like locally sourced groceries.

What the Owner says:

We wanted a family home with character that we could grow into and feel incredibly lucky to have lived here for the past 3 years.

We have loved living here in the village. Everybody is so very friendly and the village shop is great, stocking everything you need and more. The village pubs are welcoming and serve fantastic food and beautifully chilled wine! There are so many fantastic walks in and around the village and we have enjoyed being so close to beautiful open countryside. It has been an ideal place to bring up our toddler and we hope that the next people to live at This property are as happy as we have been.
