Do not judge a book by its cover, this might look like just another Victorian end of terraced house but don't be fooled.Built early this century rather than in the 1800s, it is in fact a modern house that once inside will reveal itself to be an absolutely stunning home. You are welcomed by a roomy reception area which doubles as a utility space, with lots of built in storage cupboards and leads you into a 41ft open planned living/dining/kitchen area which definitely has the wow factor. The beautiful gloss white units in the kitchen are like the ones you see in television commercials and the whole space is so light and airy. If you like open planned living you will absolutely love this one.Upstairs you will find 3 good sized bedrooms; third off second, and a huge luxury bathroom. Outside you will be able to enjoy the luxury of a superb hot tub where you can relax and forget all your worries, and you will be very popular with your friends. The location is also great as it is less than 1/2 mile to the High Street, so everything is on your doorstep including a good range of shops, complimented by a busy market on a Saturday and Monday, mainline station for the commuter, and Medway Park Leisure Centre for the fitness fan. All-in-all this is a superb house in excellent condition which must be viewed to be appreciated.
What the Owner says:
We were looking to buy 3 years ago, we had a limited budget so our search was not an easy one. As soon as we viewed this one we knew it was the one for us. Although in poor condition, we could see the potential and were up for the challenge of turning it into a lovely modernised home. After a great deal of time, effort and money, we were absolutely delighted with the result. The house has been totally transformed having made the living/kitchen areas open planned and have made the bathroom bigger, installed a new kitchen and decorated throughout. Now that we have two children, we have outgrown the house and is time for us to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
