The Vendor's View - The location was one of the main factors which drew us to the property, being one of Broadstairs most desirable roads. It offers the best of all worlds; just a short walk to the beach or the town centre or a longer stroll into Ramsgate and the Marina. If Im working in London I can catch the high speed train from the station and be in St. Pancras in just over an hour.

The plot had so much potential to create a really individual special home. The rear garden benefits from the sun practically the whole day so we designed a great living area spread across the back of the house with an abundance of glazing that really maximizes the light and space. There are two additional reception rooms downstairs which we use as a second lounge and a study/playroom.
