DESCRIPTION A fine oak framed Grade II Listed period house of early sixteenth century origin with an C18th façade plastered in imitation of masonry with two front doors and two ground floor shallow bay windows set with timber sash and casement windows all beneath a pitched peg tiled roof. A panelled front door opens into a living room with a bay window to the front, exposed ceiling beams, stairs to the first floor and a massive inglenook fireplace with a moulded oak lintel which incorporates a four centred arch with spandrels carved with rose and foliage decoration.
