Directions

From Torquay head out passing Paignton and Goodrington on Dartmouth Road (A379). Pass the Churston Broadway shops staying in the left hand lane marked Brixham and Dartmouth. After about 100 metres take the first left (signed Churston Court) into Bascombe Road. Continue passing the golf course on the right, cross over the bridge and immediately turn left (signed Bascombe Court). Continue down the road and the property is the first house on the right hand side.

From Exeter take the South Devon Highway A380 following signs to Brixham. Continue on Brixham Road A3022 until reaching traffic lights at Churston. Turn right (still signed Brixham) onto Dartmouth Road and after almost 100 metres take the first left (signed Churston Court) into Bascombe Road and continue as above.
