The Vendor's View - The light and sense of space was the factor that made us fall in love with the property and this is certainly what we are going to miss the most.
My favourite room is probably the bathroom! We extended the space into an unused hallway and had a new suite fitted, so it almost feels like having your own personal spa now. It has a really luxurious feel, and its a wonderful place to retire to at the end of the day and relax before you go to bed.
We love the proximity to the beach, just a 5-10 minute walk from the house. West Bay is a beautiful sandy beach, and theres a nice little coffee shop down there, where you can sit and watch the stunning sunsets with a cup of tea or glass of wine. The house is situated close to the shops and the Carlton cinema, and the schools in the area are well-regarded.
This is a great family house, providing plenty of space for visitors and family get-togethers. The property lends itself particularly well to entertaining and we have had many enjoyable parties here over the years.
