We were instantly impressed with the area. We were not from Bognor Regis originally but after a drive-by of the area we spotted this detached bungalow. Once inside we really liked the spacious feel, the property was much bigger than other properties we had viewed in a similar price range.We have enjoyed up-dating this bungalow throughout the years we have been here and this will be a lovely low maintenance property for the new owners. The location has proved to be perfect with lovely neighbours and the shops and sea front only a short distance away you feel like you have everything on your doorstep. There are also lovely walks for dog lovers and a beautiful park nearby.
