Full description

Tenure: Freehold

As soon as you walk through the entrance door you will realise this is a perfect family home and you haven't got to spend your weekends doing DIY jobs. Sitting in the conservatory eating breakfast and reading the paper is a great way to start the day. In the evenings you can relax on the sofa in the lounge and watch the T.V. whilst the children finish off their homework at the table. You will love trying out new recipes for the family in the modern kitchen.

With off road parking to the front and a garage there will be plenty of space to park and it is ideal if you are a family with more than one car.

If you have young children then the local primary school is a short walk away so you can leave the car at home and not have to fight the rush hour traffic.

At the weekend your children can head off to the local park to meet their friends and play football. River has its own Post Office and village shop as well as a Co-op and with a selection of pubs you may never need to leave the village.

Kearsney railway station is also nearby, ideal for anyone needing to commute to work with access to the main road as well.

What the Owner says:

We have owned the property for 9 years and our family has grown here. It is now time for us to both make a fresh start and move on.

We have been very happy here and River is such a nice place as you have got the Co-op which is only a short walk and it is handy for the weekly shop.

In the summer months we have enjoyed walking down to Kearsney Abbey, it is such a beautiful and peaceful place. It is a nice place to unwind at the weekend after a long day at work. We want another family to be as happy as we have been here.
