I moved here 11 years ago and I can clearly remember discounting it from the outside thinking I didn't want a flat as I was determined to get a house. When I eventually gave in and decided to view, I was delighted that I did as it offered me more space than any house had ever offered me. I couldn't believe how large and light it was. I also loved the fact that it had two levels, with a kitchen/diner and third bedroom that was such a bonus. Since living here, I have re-decorated and had new toilet installed as well as new flooring in the kitchen. The best thing I did though was convert the loft to add an additional bedroom and bathroom. It's been amazing living here as the building is so friendly and quiet, and it's so easy for me to get into London too.
