Planning and CIL
Outline Planning Consent was granted under planning reference 16/00524/F by Norwich City Council dated 11th April 2016.
Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) will be payable to Norwich City Council at the prevailing rate. We understand the CIL payable to be £43,118.30, though we would ask prospective purchasers to verify themselves as to the amount of liability due.
The site will be Freehold with vacant possession upon completion of the sale.
