It is anticipated Phase 2 will be developed approx 2 years later than Phase 1 and in accordance with the requirements of the vendors and the owner of Nu-Way Marina, and to reflect the probable progression of Phase 1.

SPECIAL NOTE

In the event of there being different purchasers for Phase 1 and Phase 2, the development of Phase 2 will not be permitted to commence until:
(1) The boundary access strip has been released by Phase 1;
and
(2) Not earlier than 2 years from the legal completion of the purchase of Phase 1;

PLANNING

The site benefits from outline planning consent for residential development being granted on the 20th December 2013 (reference 07/01653/HYB) for approximately 200 units.
