OWNER'S COMMENTS Discovering the village has been one of the highlights of owning this home. Merry Meats is the best Butcher we have found anywhere, and the Yapton Chippy has become our favourite take away - they are both just a few minutes walk away. The Village Green and Village Hall are a hive of community activity and having fallen in love with Yapton, we think that will be staying here after we have sold.

We did the house up for ourselves rather than as a "staged sale" so we think that you will be pleased with it when you see it. We have enjoyed doing it, and so will be moving on to another project.
