I have lived here since 2007 and the location has been absolutely fantastic. Hythe’s unspoilt beach is only a short walk away and the picturesque town of Hythe is just a few minutes’ drive down the road, where there is a great selection of shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

If you enjoy sport, Hythe sailing club and the kayak club are both close by, or you can cycle all the way into Folkestone or Hythe without going on any main roads. The Royal Military Canal also offers wonderful walks, with plenty of interesting wildlife.

This location is great for commuters as you can get the fast train to London from the nearby Folkestone West station and the Eurotunnel is just a short drive away.
