Forget those chain worries when you buy this home as the owners are able to sell “chain free”, so you won’t suffer the delays and stress you get when involved in a long chain of sales here; you can simply move as quickly as you are able to.The home itself has a proper entrance porch and an entrance hall, which means you don’t open your front door straight into the lounge and it keeps the home warmer and cosier. You won’t feel cramped in the kitchen, it's a good size making it easy to prepare meals; complemented with a large window, so the room is nice and bright and also allows you to keep it ventilated when you are in the midst of cooking. The spacious lounge makes a perfect quiet retreat in which to relax after a day at work. A long garden is a rarity these days, you just don’t get them with houses built today. Here, however, you have a wonderful long and level garden; an adventure playground for children to play safely, plenty of room for a veggie plot and a place to sit in the sun too. Parking is easy with space for two cars side by side to the front and there is a garage too, located en-bloc to the rear; use it to tuck your car away or if you crave for some extra storage space use it for storage, the choice is yours. The home is well presented and all you need to do is simply bring your furniture along.
What the Owner says:
Having lived in the local area and after viewing quite a number of homes, one of the reasons we picked this house was for the really convenient location. You can walk to the Tesco superstore, schools and rail station at New Hythe and there is a great choice of leisure pursuits on the doorstep such as Leybourne Lakes for walks and activities from fishing to scuba diving and Larkfield Leisure Centre for a swim or the gym.We have made quite a lot of improvements to the home and feel it is has a wide appeal to everyone from first time buyers to the retired with all you need close by.
