IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be relaxing and playing in over 1200 square feet of flexible family space in the heart of Walthamstow. With original timber floorboards plus many other period features scattered throughout the three stories, this is a home with character as well as practicality.

The ground floor's combination of lounge, diner and kitchen makes for a hugely flexible entertaining space, particularly with the double patio doors that can be thrown open to the lengthy garden.

Upstairs you have three good sized bedrooms, including a 180 square foot room taking up the entire frontage, and a wonderful family bathroom; all metro tiles, rainfall shower and vintage fittings.

The heart of Walthamstow Village is less than a half mile away on foot; peaceful, part-pedestrianised streets, historic architecture and some of the best bars, restaurants and family-friendly gastropubs Walthamstow has to offer right on your doorstep.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER.......
"This has been our family home for 12 years, we have been enormously happy here. The house is beautiful, really nicely proportioned with five nice sized bedrooms and two family bathrooms.
We have worked hard on creating the cottage style garden over the years which looks stunning in the summer, spring and autumn. In winter the house is really cosy with an open fire in the living room. We keep logs for the fire in a log store in the garden. We have been so lucky to live here. The schools are outstanding, there is a wonderful community of neighbours and local events, and the street is about to become a cul-de-sac. We will be very sad to leave."
