When we bought this house we had the choice of plots and very quickly chose this as our favourite. We loved the design of the house and the outside space as it is one of the largest gardens on the development and is also very secluded.

The house is bright and spacious; the internal space allowed us to use the rooms in ways that met our needs. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and we have enjoyed living here, we get little passing traffic and have made lots of friends with our neighbours.

Having lived here for nearly six years we have decided that it is time to down size and can honestly say we will be disappointed to leave.
