A quintessential end of terrace English fisherman's cottage by the sea. Full of charm and character this two bedroom cottage with a third loft bedroom benefits from a lovely kitchen / dining room with estuary views and a sitting room. Just a short walk to the beach for beautiful views and an inherited and sought after fisherman's washing line. Being sold with no onward chain and the potential to fit a dormer window at the top to make the most of the views.

Lympstone grew from an ancient settlement on the eastern shores of the Exe Estuary. The village built its reputation on maritime trade and agriculture and about 100 fishing vessels operated from the area towards the end of the 19th century, when Lympstone was particularly celebrated for its whitebait and the quality of its oysters. The village has four public houses, a well established primary school, village stores and a train service operating between Exeter and Exmouth. There is also a lively sailing club and a wide selection of clubs and societies. The village has its own website - and is on the Exmouth - Topsham cycle path.

From Topsham and Exeter head towards Exmouth on the A376. Continue through Ebford and Exton and on passing Lympstone Commando take the next turning on the right, signed Lower Lympstone. Follow this road into the centre of the village and at the T junction at the bottom of Burgmanns Hill turn right. Pass under the rail bridge, past the Globe Inn (left hand side) and turn right into Quay Lane. The property is found in front of you.
