"We moved to Warner Road five and half years ago and in that time weve had two kittens, one baby and a whole load of fun.
In addition to BBQs and picnics in the garden, the balcony really captures the five oclock boost of sunshine and provides a perfect opportunity to share in a cold glass of something with bubbles at the end of the day.
Weve made friends with neighbours living downstairs, next door and across the road whilst also embracing street parties, folk festivals and yoga classes.
Everything weve needed has been on our doorstep and both the community on Warner Road and Walthamstow as a whole surpassed both our expectations.
Whether its been the allotments or farm drops, the Chippy or the Chequers, the Mill or the Limes, Warner Road has been a fabulous home for us as a couple and then as a family.
The only reason were leaving is to move closer to relatives and, hopefully, extend our family further.
