I was up in London and wanted to make sure that my weekends would remain DIY free. I was keen to find a property that wouldn’t need any maintenance and was naturally drawn towards the new build developments in the area. I had such a wide choice in and around Horsham but was particularly drawn towards David Wilson Homes, because of the show homes. I loved the quality of the finish and the materials used, as well as the attention to detail, helping me to buy off plan with confidence. I chose the “Oakfield” design because of the internal layout, I really liked the fact that the lounge was separate to the large kitchen/diner and not open plan. Just by closing the door I can contain cooking smells and hide away the dirty dishes until the morning!
