Location - The land is located only 1/2 a mile from the town of Llangefni, 11/2 miles or so from the A55 Expressway and 11 miles or thereabouts from the city of Bangor.

Directions - After passing The Railway pub in the centre of Llangefni, travel for precisely 1 mile along the B5109 road in the direction of Bodffordd before taking the right hand turn at the access signposted Welsh Water Cefni Water Treatment Work. Thereafter travel along the road that leads to Welsh Water Cefni Water Treatment Work for 0.3 of a mile and the galvanised gate access to the land will be identified on the right hand side.

Tenure - We are advised that all of the land is freehold with vacant possession offered upon completion.

Basic Payment Scheme (Bps) - The purchasers will be able to claim Basic Payment Scheme Entitlements on the land from the 2017 scheme year onwards. The vendors have not been claiming Entitlements on the land in recent years and therefore there are no Entitlements included with the land.
