Directions - Approaching Lynton and Lynmouth from the A39 at Barbrook, turn left immediately opposite the service station signed Lynmouth. At the next junction keep to the right and continue in the direction of Lynmouth. As you enter Lynbridge, bear left opposite the Cottage Inn into Lynway (where there is a sign to Pine Lodge at this point). Climb up the road and the entrance signed to Woodcote is clearly visible ahead of you. Pass through the metal gate and continue to the end where the property is set above the drive on the left.
