This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise’s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property’s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

For more information or a personalised quote, just give us a call. Alternatively, if you are under 60 or would like to purchase this property without a Home for Life Plan at its full market price of £160,000, please contact Ward & Partners.

Well, if location is what it is all about then this three bedroom duplex apartment should be at the top of your list.

It is positioned perfectly for commuters as you’re only a short distance from the train station which offers high speed links to London. On the other hand, just a short walk will take you into the town where you can shop, have a bite to eat or a enjoy a coffee with friends or, alternatively, take a stroll over to The Leas promenade where you can soak in the beautiful sea views.

If you are looking for a light, spacious property, then this top floor Victorian apartment is the one for you. It is practical and with its neutral décor has the potential for you to put your own stamp on it.

The kitchen is big enough to allow for a table, so if you are one to entertain, this offers plenty of space. Each bedroom has plenty of room for a double bed, so the children will not be arguing over which bedroom is theirs! Whether you prefer to take a soak in the bath at the end of a long day or a quick shower in the morning this apartment caters for both.

This is one of those homes which offers the best of both worlds, set in a period property with its internal modern touch. Suiting investors looking for a buy to let, first time buyers or a small family this apartment must be viewed.

What the Owner says:

I have lived here for 34 years and what drew me to this property was the space it offered my children and I. The downstairs bedroom and lounge was originally one room but we separated it as I needed an additional bedroom. Security was important to me so being that it was top floor and there is a door entry system means I have always felt extremely safe, as I have spent a lot of time here on my own.

The location for us has been ideal as my daughter works locally and with the bus stop being across the road and the town and train station close by have made travel easier. I am now in a position where I need to move for health reasons but we are also looking forward to moving nearer to family.
