We moved here about eleven years ago from Surrey, as we were keen to enjoy the peace and quiet of the South Downs area.As a project, the cottage needed a lot of updating and improvement. Being Grade II listed we took great care to do this sensitively, making the most of the wealth of period features.At the same time, we landscaped the gardens, which are now a lovely place to entertain family and friends.We'll be sad to leave our delightful home and hope the next owners enjoy life here as much as we have.
