d) Sale of inert infill material - The ash from the Paper Mill was deposited on the site. This material is a valuable source of inert fill. Analysis shows this is uncontaminated and is described as sandy, course to fine gravel with an average dry density of 0.96 Mg/m3 and an average optimum moisture content of 34.85%. It is estimated that there is just under 70,000 m3 of fill material.
