Scissett itself is situated less than ten miles to the South East of Huddersfield, just under eight miles from the centre of Barnsley and around nine miles from the centre of Wakefield. 

DIRECTIONS Leave the centre of Wakefield in a Southerly direction along the A636 Denby Dale Road. Continue to follow the A636 for approximately nine miles and then turn left onto Barnsley Road. Blenheim Chase is then the second turning on the right and the land can be identified on the left by our for sale board.
