We bought the property whilst it was being built and had the choice of plots. We liked that it was a small development of only 8 houses and very quickly chose this as our favourite design. It had the larger rear garden and the solar panels for hot water and electricity.

We moved from London to escape the hustle and bustle and have found Hookwood to be ideal. We like the village life, and still have the convenience of good road and rail links.

We think that the design is deceptively spacious and it wasn't until we moved in that we appreciated just how large the rooms were especially the kitchen/diner and master bedroom.
