What attracted me most to this apartment was firstly the location. I had been extensively travelling for some time and wanted a base near to the sea, and this was perfect as from the stunning communal gardens there are beautiful views across the golf course and out to sea, and of course the lighthouse to remind me just of how near to the sea I am!

The apartment was in poor condition when I bought it, but I could see the potential it offered as the floor space was much larger than many other apartments, and I have spent the last 2 years completely refurbishing the flat and changing the layout to provide the luxurious feel it now has. Due to recent changes in circumstances, I am now selling chain free.
