I moved into Winfrith Newburgh and this cottage over 30 years ago now and fell in love with it's charm and character. The cottage garden is easily maintained and informally laid out with perennial and seasonal planting and I have put a lot of love and care into creating a comfortable, cosy home but recent events have presented a new opportunity and I am moving but only into next door! The cottage sits on the High Street which means that you are only a few yards from the Village Trail a charming grass walk around the village, a shop (recently voted the best village shop in Dorset), a primary school, hairdressers and you're in walking distance of three lovely pubs. There are lots of regular activities held in the village hall, including weekly keep fit classes, meditation and the well attended monthly community lunch. Winfrith is a vibrant, welcoming and friendly village and it's only 3 miles from the stunning Jurassic coast, Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door.
