We have lived here almost 10 years and enjoyed this spacious home. The rear is south facing getting full sun for most of the day and an electric awning which offers adequate shade for al-fresco dining.

It is a quiet cul-de-sac and the neighbours are always ready to chat. We are close to two bus routes and local schools etc.

We have loved living in this house but owing to age, feel the need to downsize. We hope that whoever buys the property will have as much enjoyment as we have.
