Full description

Tenure: Freehold

You can tuck yourself away in what is considered to be one of Ditton’s most sought after locations; set at the end of a pleasant Close made up of mainly three and four bedroom homes. It is a place where peace and quiet and very little traffic characterises this lovely spot making it a great place to live.

You are not overlooked here either; you have a pleasant outlook from your private garden. It is a safe place for children to play and for simply enjoying the outdoors with plenty of sunshine too.

It’s always great to have potential with a home and here there is plenty of room to extend here. It would be easy to add a large bright conservatory too (all consents required). Such potential could cut out the need to move again and save all the costs a future move would involve.

The home is very well placed for all you need; you can walk to schools including the local Ditton Infant and Junior School that is very much sought after. There is a local shop in New Road and it is easy to get to the doctors, dentist and the Aylesford Retail Park which has a Sainsburys, Costa and even a Marks & Spencers for those little luxuries.

Commuting from here is a breeze, you have a choice of rail stations at Aylesford and Barming or you can hop onto the M20 at junction 5. Alternatively take a more restful journey into work and opt for the local coach service for a comfortable commute.

What the Owner says:

We have lived here for 8 years and have found it to be a very neighbourly and friendly place to live. There are pretty country walks on the doorstep and Ditton’s lovely stone built St Peters Church is a local landmark. The trout stream runs through Ditton, where you can see the wildlife and the children can feed the ducks.

We have improved our home whilst we have been here, in particular the kitchen and bathroom. We have also “dry-lined” the garage making it usable as a hobby room or playroom for children perhaps; it is easy to put back into garage use too.

We hope the next home owners will be as happy as we have been here.
