The Property

A solid wooden door opens into a lobby/bootroom with beautiful tiled floor and a woooden door directly opposite leading to the rear of the property. Turning right through a glazed door brings you into the first of the inner hallways with picture windows to the rear across fabulous country views. There is a downstairs WC at the foot of the stairs and an understairs cupboard. This hallway leads in turn into another very generously sized hallway, which could potentially be used as a dining room. Straight ahead, through double fully glazed doors, lies the pretty study, which also has views to the rear. A wooden door to the right brings you into the kitchen, which can also be approached from a separate door in the living room. Turning right off the hallway through an open archway brings you into an elegant living room, with windows to the front and side and a useful cupboard in the corner. Providing a focal point to the room is a very generously propertioned open fire place with an attractive engineering brick built hearth. This could be used as an open fire or have a wood burrner installed. Because there are no doors between the two hallways and the living room the natural flow of the property is greatly enhanced. Through and original glazed door is the kitchen/dining room, with a mix of wood and laminate flooring. An original 2 burner oil fired Aga is supplemented with a separate electric oven and hob. Windows look out onto the front and side of the property. Single kitchen sink with drainer and bespoke units below with plenty of cupbard space and an attractive wood effect work surface. There is plumbed space for a dishwasher and washing machine and the new boiler is housed in a separate cupboard.

Upstairs leads to a long landing off which, at the far end, is the single bedroom with built in cupboards and views to the side garden. The landing has 3 large windows all looking across the countryside towards the local Church.. A separate small corridor leads to the bathroom, which has been beautifully modernised with a bath with shower attachments, glass hand basin and low level WC, all in white. A window looks towards the side of the property. The master bedroom has gently sloping eaves, and the second bedroom nect doorhas a useful storage cupboard. Both bedrooms look over the front of the property.

Outside
to the left of the property is a generous single garage with wooden doors and rear door into the back garden. There is off-road parking in the driveway for a couple of cars. To the left of the property is an area with shrubs, flowers and a greenhouse. There is a strip of land immediately to the rear of the property, and the larger, lawned garden to the end of the property houses the oil tank (this will be screened off by the current owner prior to sale). There are far reaching views from the entire rear of the property across farmland and including views of Darsham Church.
