PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Ideally located in the heart of Folkestone's West End within easy reach of The Leas and the town centre, convenience is certainly delivered here. This is also a home where it will be a pleasure to spent time in its own surroundings. Well maintained gardens, a view of the church from your private balcony and a communal lounge ensure you have a great setting in which to spend your time.

Inside and out this home is attractive. In fact, it is the kind of building that entices you in. A secure phone entry system will provide more convenience and security and a lift will whisk you to your front door in no time.

A spacious lounge/diner will allow you to spread out and makes entertaining a joy. The bedroom also enjoys comfortable dimensions ensuring a good night's sleep is had and to relax and unwind the recently updated shower room is sure to do the trick.

What the Owner says:

This has been my Mum's home for the last 10 years. She chose to live here as it offered a safe and friendly environment that was warden assisted. Its convenience was also a big reason for living here; being so close to the town centre yet not close enough to hear it and with The Leas just over the road there are beautiful surroundings to enjoy.

The other residents are lovely, always a friendly smile and a hello is to be had. The communal lounge provides a great place to sit and have a chat with your neighbours if you wish and catch up with a nice cup of tea.
