I have owned this property from new, when it was built in 2007. It was a perfect first time buy and gave me everything I needed without breaking the bank! The time has now come for me to move on and get a larger home. These properties also work very well as a rental; I and some of the neighbours have had some experience of this.

When I first came here it was very obvious that this was larger than you would expect from a studio flat, with the bedroom tucked around the corner, it means that friends can stay over on the sofa after a night in. Having the allocated parking is great and I often reserve my space for my visitors as there is a nice spot outside my front door I often use!
