Full description

Tenure: Leasehold

There really is more to this property than meets the eye. This is a generously sized studio apartment with a SEPERATE bedroom area tucked away off around the corner from the main living area so it feels just like a one bedroom. This property is in great condition, with clean and fresh modern decor. You really will be able to move your sofa and bed straight in and enjoy your new home.

First time buyers in particular will appreciate this and this is the ideal home to get you started on the property ladder. On top of the previously mentioned condition, the apartment is incredibly easy to run and maintain, as one monthly payment covers you for both your standard maintenance and buildings insurance, but also your gas, electricity and water bills ,so you will not have to worry about a stack of bills to get paid, making your monthly budget a breeze. Those looking to downsize will also want to view here too for many of the same reasons. If you need a smart bolt hole for work or weekends, then this easy lock up and leave home could be for you too.

The area is a popular modern development with great access to the A249 and the wider motorway networks beyond. You are also a short trip to Sittingbourne railway station if you commute by train, but many people on this development make the most of the coach pick-ups from the area into central London.

What the Owner says:

I have owned this property from new, when it was built in 2007. It was a perfect first time buy and gave me everything I needed without breaking the bank! The time has now come for me to move on and get a larger home. These properties also work very well as a rental; I and some of the neighbours have had some experience of this.

When I first came here it was very obvious that this was larger than you would expect from a studio flat, with the bedroom tucked around the corner, it means that friends can stay over on the sofa after a night in. Having the allocated parking is great and I often reserve my space for my visitors as there is a nice spot outside my front door I often use!

Room sizes:

  • Kitchen/Living Area: 14'2 x 11'9 (4.32m x 3.58m)
  • Bedroom Area: 8'3 x 8'0 (2.52m x 2.44m)
  • Shower Room
  • Allocated Parking Space
