The Vendor's View - Weve had the property for around 14 years. The area was the main factor that drew us here, as well as the potential that the house had. We have done a considerable amount of work to update the property over the years.
The front room is very cosy but everyones favourite place is the extension, which is ideal for entertaining. As a complete living space, the kitchen leads into the seating and dining areas and the bi-fold doors open up into the garden to create one huge room. Its perfect for summer barbecues, and great at Christmas when we have the family around.
We have two dogs and I love the fact that I can get down onto the beach in two minutes and walk for miles in either direction. There are good cycle trails in the immediate area. Its very quiet here, and although there is a friendly atmosphere and the neighbours are nice, it feels quite private.
You can easily walk to the supermarket if you want to and there are local shops in Cliftonville, so its an accessible location too, but the house benefits from being a little way away from that.
This is a lovely house to live in, and we will really miss the space and being so close to the beach. It is time for a change and a new adventure for us, but we hold many happy memories of our time here.
