At our first viewing of the property, we had such a positive feeling. We liked the large lounge/diner and with the conservatory it felt much bigger than any of the other houses we had viewed. We looked past the decor at the well proportioned rooms and set about a scheme of refurbishment that included redecorating, updating the kitchen, installing new windows and re-fitting the shower room.The cul de sac location is fantastic and very quiet, yet we are conveniently located for the shops and good local schools. We spend a lot of time with family and friends in the garden where we have a large timber deck which is great for entertaining and always proves popular in the summer.
