This property is offered at a reduced price for people aged over 60 through Homewise’s Home for Life Plan. Through the Home for Life Plan, anyone aged over sixty can purchase a lifetime lease on this property which discounts the price from its full market value. The size of the discount you are entitled to depends on your age, personal circumstances and property criteria and could be anywhere between 8.5% and 59% from the property’s full market value. The above price is for guidance only. It is based on our average discount and would be the estimated price payable by a 69-year-old single male. As such, the price you would pay could be higher or lower than this figure.

If living in peace and quiet but also being within easy reach of a range of local amenities is important to you then make sure you book to view this superb detached bungalow. Being both modern and deceptively spacious, this wonderful home would really suit such a wide variety of buyers. Whether you are looking for a family home or even looking for the perfect place to retire to, make sure you book to view on one of our open days.

There is a variety of stores within walking distance of the cul de sac, as well as the shops and cafes etc. that both St Peters and Broadstairs offers. The home has plenty of space both inside and out with off road parking for three vehicles leading to a garage with both power and lights.

Once inside the home you will find that it flows wonderfully off the large and welcoming entrance hall. Stripped floorboards adorn the hallway and into the rooms. The three bedrooms ensure the home is an option for a family giving plenty of space for each family member.

The bathroom is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing soak after work. You will even find an handy utility cupboard to get the noisy white goods out of the way. The wonderful open plan lounge/diner and kitchen at the rear of the home will be the real hub where you will both relax and entertain. This bright and airy social space is an appropriate place to enjoy and afternoon with your feet up.

What the Owner says:

I bought this home approximately 10 years ago as I loved the location. It was near to my sons school as well as my work but it was also peaceful.

It needed modernisation but had lots of potential. I really loved the light which streamed in to the lounge/diner and kitchen to the rear, and the sun is in the rear garden all day long.

Since owning the home I have done so much work here, including replumbing and rewiring and installing a new boiler and central heating system, new kitchen (with appliances) new bathroom, created the utility cupboard and redecorated everywhere! Any new buyer can just move straight in.
