When I was looking and wanted an old fashioned property with potential, I certainly wasn’t let down here as it was a bit of a mess! Since moving in I made loads of changes wanted to make it more to my style.
I have updated the bathroom and kitchen. The property has even had a new roof and been painted outside, but inside I like to make it a bit more stylish. The only other thing I didn’t have time or for the mess was to actually reveal the beautiful period floor boards unfortunately which are hidden beneath the more modern flooring that I had put down throughout.
Other people in the road have added another room in the loft and as I jointly own the freehold this could be a possibility.
