When I was looking to buy over 14 years ago, I viewed several flats but knew as soon as I saw this one, this was the one I wanted to make my home. It was in good condition, and a good size compared to others I had viewed, but it was the location that really sold it to me. As a single woman at the time, it felt like a very safe and secure place to live and that has certainly proved to be the case. In my time here I have refitted the Kitchen and decorated throughout, and the fact that I have lived here for so long it shows what a great place it has been to live. Now that I am married with a family, we have outgrown the flat and is time for us to move on and for someone else to enjoy living here as much as we have.
