A classic two bed Victorian terrace, immaculately decorated throughout, just to the north of Walthamstow Central. Featuring a long rear garden and a bright conservatory, this is the ideal home for a young family or couple and perfectly situated for all that Walthamstow has to offer.

IF YOU LIVED HERE...

You'll be within easy walking distance of everything that makes Walthamstow so special. The shops and pubs of Hoe Street, the landscaped gardens of Lloyd Park, bustling Bell corner, the Empire Cinema complex with a wide choice of brand restaurants, the shops of Walthamstow Mall and the stalls of Europe's longest street market. All are within easy reach.

Inside the property has been lovingly decorated and maintained. The first floor bathroom is particularly impressive with slate-grey metro tiling, a separate shower cubicle, freestanding bath and designer floor tiles. While in the 25 foot lounge original floorboards and brick fireplaces make for a stylishly vintage feel.

A bright, spacious conservatory opens up onto the 35 foot rear garden, a mixture of lawn and decking. Upstairs, there's lots of potential for a loft conversion, a very common development with properties of this type in Walthamstow, meaning this is also an excellent investment.

Walthamstow Central - less than ten minute's walk away - is a tube station, overground station and bus depot. It'll get you to Oxford Circus or Liverpool Street in about 20 minutes, and also has routes to pretty much anywhere else you want to go.

A Word From The Owner......
"Weve loved living in our little blue house in Walthamstow and were initially struck by the great entertaining space downstairs and large upstairs bathroom. Having Lloyd Park and the William Morris gallery on our doorstep is fantastic and and to be so close to The Bell pub and all the shops and cafes on Hoe Street is great. It is a short walk to Walthamstow Village and Blackhorse Workshop and the tube is five minutes away. It has been the ideal place for us to start a family and weve loved being part of the wonderful Walthamstow community. Our house is within the catchment for an outstanding primary school and the road is lovely and quiet with lots of young families living here."
