I have lived here for fifteen years now and I have been very happy here.
My only reason for a move now is to down size slightly.
During my time here, I have had the roof strengthened and the loft boarded; making it a great/ ideal space to convert, potentially adding extra accommodation.
Not only this, I feel that due to the size of the garage - this could easily be extended and converted also.
I have really liked the off road parking here and my garden has been very useful in the warmer summer months.I really do hope whoever now decides to purchase my house takes as much enjoyment from it as I have over the years gone by.
